getting a personal beginner tarot deck finally bc i was told last summer wrongfully that doing your own readings is bad luck and only recently learned thats not actually true. and the deck i had before was themed and didnt have a good guidebook

#barks #i love you @ the two people i trust to do my tiktok fyp readings but i do wanna learn this on my own too lol #the themed deck is nightmare before christmas lol #while its very cute it renames a lot of things and its not easy to learn with #ill keep it until im good enough to be able to use a deck without a guide #the new deck i got has definitions and all kinds of things on the card to learn from so a lot more approachable #i also found a pdf of an Ultimate Guidebook of sorts i was recommended a long time ago too #ive been really tapping into my spiritual practices lately along w making other changes like journaling and a small exercise routine #and i feel like my mind has been a lot clearer #im doing so much work and im feeling the results so quickly and im very proud of myself #despite everything i will continue to believe in good things in the future
